Rachel was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland. She has over 15 years of experience in the medical field. She has specialized training with practice management, billing, patient care and customer service.
In Rachel’s previous experience, she has worked for both large hospital systems and multi-specialty physician practices for which she for managed over 20 employees. As an Administrator, Rachel was instrumental in the growth and success of business by focusing on patient satisfaction.
Rachel’s greatest accomplishment is being a proud mom of two sweet little boys. She enjoys spending time with her family and traveling to other countries.
Rachel looks forward to working with you. Her goal is to assist the practice in ensuring all patients feel comfortable, confident, and well informed and are pleased with their overall patient experience.
