This case was referred for terminal maxillary dentition. Patient suffered from Stage IV Grade B periodontitis, with class III malocclusion and anterior crossbite. Treatment planned for a maxillary AOX immediate loading using the PATZI protocol.Instarisa digital workflow was used. A combination of facial and intraoral scanner allow for digitizing the patient to enhance treatment planning. We are able to three-dimensionally plan after the initial intake data is captured, saving multiple appointments. Patient was able to preview his smile prior to treatment. Malocclusion and anterior crossbite corrected preoperatively with digital wax up. Low bone density noted in the 8/9 area in conjunction with large nasopalatine foramen, so anterior implants were planned in 7/10 areas.
