The treatment necessary and sequence that is recommended by Dr. Towe is based upon the severity of your disease and her professional judgment. Not on whether you are covered by your insurance plan. Our insurance coordinator has abundant experience with many different insurance companies and as a courtesy to our patients, will submit necessary claim forms to your insurance company. We do our best to provide you with accurate coverage estimates based on information available to us, however, many of these insurance companies can change benefits, co-pays, and deductibles throughout the year. Most dental insurance policies are limited and typically pay for only a portion of the recommended treatment. In order to maximize your dental benefits, please update us with any change to your insurance so that we have all your current information. Upon receipt of an insurance payment, any balance due will be billed to you.
Your co-payment is due at the time of treatment.
